Terms and Conditions

All rights and ownership is determined at the discretion when agree upon by the client and the artist. Unless otherwise specified, client does not have ownership of any commissioned artworks, drafts, preliminary ideation or resources, references, or any such created media unless stated in binding contract. Artist reserves rights to terminate contract if client breaks, loop-holes, works around, or otherwise manipulates contract or provided services to an unreasonable degree.
